By submitting in your order form, you will agree to all terms and conditions set my ulzzangstyle. Please note that all sales are final and we are not responsible for any losts and/or damages caused by the post office and/or the supplier, which means no refunds and/or exchanges unless the wrong product was sent to you. If that is the case, you will have to take a picture proof of the item that we sent to you, so we will know for sure that it in fact is the wrong item. We will hold our end of the deal and submit the order to the supplier and pay for it and ship it to the buyer when the products is in our hands. We are not responsible for anything that is not in our posession. We are also not responsible for any side effects or damages done to your personally, please take proper care of your own eyes because you only get 1 pair in this lifetime, so use with caution! We are not optometrists, we are unable to prescribe lenses for you, please consult your optometrist if you are first time lens wearer to make sure you are suitable to wear any type of lens. Optometrists are able to provide you with proper fitting and a suitable eye prescription. We are not liable for the information that your optometrist provides you. All information given to us by you the buyer will be held private, we will not release this information with any third parties.
